Cliff Whitelaw - Director "Having a professional working with you to grow and nurture your business will breed success and grow your wealth."
Cliff has been with the firm since 1980 and a chartered accountant since 1976. He has substantial commercial, farming and financial experience, with a comprehensive knowledge of business structures, law and procedures. His focus is on assisting his clients to build their businesses with a mentor programme, working with budgets, cashflows & forecasts. He splits his time between the Kaikohe and Kerikeri offices. Cliff has sat on a number of company boards, is a former FNDC councilor and active member of the Lions Club. He is involved in the Kaikohe Golf Club and Northland Hockey Association. He and his wife live in Waimate North and are very keen on sport, particularly golf, boating and snow sports. |

Wayne Weber - Director "It's all about structure. Plan well now and you will reap the rewards ten fold."
Wayne was born and raised on a beef farm at Kaeo. In 1980 he started at an accountancy firm in Whangarei, and in 1989 gained his full accounting after working for several firms and commercial business in Whangarei and Auckland. since 1993 he has been with Whitelaw Weber (formerly Fletcher Whitelaw) and in 1996 became a full partner. Wayne works out of the Kerikeri office (opened in 1997) and the Mangonui office (opened in 2005) and acts for a wide variety of clients across a range of industries. In terms of community activity he was a member and president of the Kaikohe Lions club, a former member and treasurer of Kerikeri Golf Club and currently board chairman of Okaihau College. Wayne is married to Thyrl, has two daughters, Tegan and Kelsey and lives on a ten acre lifestyle block at Waimate North. He enjoys the challenge of meeting and assisting people with their business and taxation requirements. |

Annika Dickey BBS - Chartered Accountant "Don't just survive in business - Thrive in it."
Annika has been with the firm for 12 years. She has a Bachelor in Business with a major in Accountancy and has recently completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Accountancy. She is currently a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Chartered Accountant’s college of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. Annika works closely with her clients, focusing on profitability and monitoring of their businesses. She lives in Kerikeri with her husband and two young children and enjoys spending time with family and friends amongst a very busy life, getting away camping & fishing in the summer months and snowboarding in the winter months.. |

Jenny Graham BCom- Associate Chartered Accountant- DipBusSt(Personal Financial Planning) "Put not your trust in money, but your money in trust."
Jenny is an Associated Chartered Accountant and Qualified Financial Planner. She has been with Whitelaw Weber for 12 years and focuses on helping clients achieve their personal financial goals & objectives. Born and bred in Whangarei, Jenny attended Auckland University. She made the move further north in 1982 when her husband was transferred to Kawakawa. Jenny and her husband now have a 45 hectare beef unit at Pakaraka with 2 adult sons living in the South Island. They are ardent rugby & cricket supporters, keen gardeners and enjoy boating and travel. She has been the treasurer of the local inline hockey club since 1998. Her youngest son is off to LA shortly to represent NZ in the U18 division at the Junior Olympics, so sport has always been a big part of the Graham family life |

Kerrin Paget - Practice Manager
Kerrin has been with Whitelaw Weber for 8 years. As well as the management of the firm she is a senior accounting manager looking after key clients, with a particular focus on farm accounting and business software. Prior to joining the firm, she ran her own horticulture business and worked as sales manager in the ski and dive industry. Kerrin, her husband & teenage daughter have lived in the Kerikeri area for 13 years, having shifted from Auckland for a better lifestyle. They live on a 15 acre lifestyle block along with their horses, cattle, ducks & myriad other animals. Most weekends are spent at horse events throughout Northland, and when time permits, out on the water in the Bay |
