Kirsty & her family made the big move north a few years ago. Having become part of the team since mid-2015, Kirsty is our resident Marketing Manager. Kirsty’s role in WWL is to bring together analytics, strategy and creativity (a rather unusual combination!). With a passion for data and the insight it provides, Kirsty pushes the boundaries of creativity. Utilising these skills enables her to talk to clients about their businesses, help them understand how to drive business growth and then put in place tactical & creative solutions. Kirsty has also been a driving force in the update of the website, and the overhaul of the Whitelaw Weber brand.

Growing up, Kirsty was enthralled by animals & art, with visual art, journalism & languages being part of her school curriculum. After leaving school at the end of sixth form, Kirsty went straight into a two year business studies course at AUT, as she “was always interested in making money!” On completion, she then undertook a Commerce Degree majoring in Marketing & International Business at the University of Auckland.

When she is not at work, Kirsty can be found spending time with her hubby & their two children (& several animals). She always starts her day with a good cup of coffee & in fact, when she sold her home in Auckland she purchased a commercial coffee machine!

Since becoming part of the team, Kirsty has enjoyed getting to know everyone, team members & clients, as well as the Northland business community. Over the coming year, she is looking forward to helping the firm move into the business advisory space.
