Introducing the Business Lab Programme

  • Identify how your business is performing across key metrics.

  • Get tools, insights and strategies to grow your business.

  • Create a prioritised action plan to provide momentum and accountability.

  • Fill skill gaps by identifying what you know you don’t know (KDK) and what you don’t know you don’t know (DKDK).

  • Develop a wholistic view of business management.

  • Leverage expertise and knowledge from other business owners and the facilitators.

  • Get hands-on learning through practical exercises and workshops.

  • Get material and knowledge that you can share with team members and other directors.


About the Programme

  • 8 x monthly one hour breakfast sessions

  • Venue: 10 Fairway Drive, Kerikeri.

  • Price: $950 + GST per person. (funding available through your Regional Business Partner delivered by Northland Inc).

  • Limited numbers

  • First session: 7 March 2019.

  • Each session covers:

    • Insight presented by the facilitator

    • Practical task / worksheet

    • Group problem solving

    • Setting a monthly goal

  • Based on the 101 Business Cycle — each session builds on the prior sessions.

  • Topics include:

    • Growing sales

    • Marketing for SMES

    • Managing expenses

    • Turning profit into cash

    • Planning for growth

    • Succession

    • Business planning
