It’s easy to become a client.

We take care of the entire process, including liaising with your existing accountant to transfer software and records to us.

Chat with us.

The best way to become a client is to get in contact with us. This can be via phone, email or popping into our office. Our team can set up a meeting (either in office or via Zoom) & arrange a time for you to chat to one of our chartered accountants.

Communication is key, so we start as we mean to carry on.

And if you can, let us know who recommended you. We’d love to say thanks, as we think it’s great that they mentioned us!

The first meeting is always complimentary.

AML.

Due to the implementation of the The Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act (AML/CFT Act) in October 2018, we are now legally required to gather more information from our clients. As part of our onboarding process, we will need to see proof of identification & your physical address.

Your proof of identification includes:

  • Passport OR Firearms Licence.

  • Drivers Licence AND either a Recent Bank Statement or your Eftpos Card

  • 18+ Card AND Birth Certificate

For your proof of address, we recommend a rates or utility bill.

You can read more about our AML Policy here.

Asking your current accountant for a divorce.

We know it can be awkward changing accountants. They know everything about your business & have generally been there for you over the years. So we can do it for you. We are legally required to send an ethical clearance letter, in order to have any files or software subscriptions transferred to us.

As long as all of your fees are up to date with them, there shouldn’t be a problem!

Authority to Act.

In order for us to act on your behalf in a professional capacity, we require you to complete & sign an Authority to Act, & an Engagement Letter. This ensures that our agreement with you as a client is laid out in a clear, concise way that is understood by all parties.
