A streamlined service for simple businesses.

Having worked with local businesses and families for more than 70 years we know that one size does not fit all. Some businesses are large and complex, requiring a wide range of specialist support while other businesses are just starting out, or are small, only needing simple business or tax support.

SmallBiz is a streamlined service for people who have simple business requirements and generally don't need specialist advice. While still enjoying a one-on-one relationship with a suitably qualified team member, the SmallBiz service enables us to keep your accounting fees competitive by keeping things simple and balancing our offerings. And should your business expand, or your needs change, at any time our team of specialists can assist with everything from employment issues through to retirement planning. That’s the beauty of being in a larger firm with expertise in different areas. When you need it, we are right there.    

A great fit for small businesses.

  • Quality and assurance: All work will continue to meet the high-quality standards required of a chartered accountancy practice including final approval of all work by a partner.

  • One point of contact: The SmallBiz client is assigned to a suitably experienced Client Manager who is Xero and MYOB certified and has great knowledge in tax and business.

  • Timeframes: Work will be completed within 6 - 12 weeks, with the Client Manager liaising directly with the client to set key deadlines and discuss supply of documents.

  • Extended deadlines: SmallBiz clients will be eligible for the 12 month filing extension only available through chartered accountants and tax agents.

  • Small business resources: The SmallBiz client will be able to access all of our handy online resources specifically designed to make doing business easier.

  • Same place: As a unit within Whitelaw Weber, SmallBiz works in the same premises. The telephone numbers and email addresses are the same.
