
Changes to ACC Payment Plans
From 29 August 2022, ACC are changing their approach to ACC payment plans. Customers will continue to have direct access to 3 and 6-month plans, but they are removing the 10-month payment option. This option will be available for customers in exceptional circumstances.
Customers on an existing 10-month payment plan will not be impacted by this change, as their plan will continue to roll over.
If you are not able to pay your ACC levy invoice in full and want to understand what payment plan options are available, they can offer a 3 or 6-month plan.
For some customers shorter payment plans might not be possible so they will consider a longer term on a case-by-case basis, but only through their Collections and Recoveries team.
